Updated draft of JSON Schema

The new schema is on par with the development of the standard as such. It allow all JSON files to be checked against the schema, both Products with or without a Stackup, Profiles (standards, enforced and restricted) and capabilities.

The schema is now reachable on a site of its own: schema.circuitdata.org where all schema related progress will be kept in the future.

While working on the schema, we are now also creating a tool that allows you to compare a JSON describing a PCB up against a profile or a capability to see if it is compatible or not. This work will keep on going, and hopefully end up a a set of developer tools for CircuitData. If you want to play with it, you'll find it as "v1/run_test.rb" (it's developed in Ruby).

Though it does not mean much to a non-developer, this work is great news to a developer. It allows using this language with a whole other set of confidence and speed. I'm certain that it is a key factor to get the traction this language deserves.
